These terms govern your use of indiepump.space. By using the site you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Voting
Voting is intended to reflect genuine preference. You may not use bots, multiple accounts, or any other method to manipulate results. We may remove votes or accounts that break this rule.
Developer and creator content
If you submit a game, studio profile, review keys or coverage links, you confirm you have the right to do so. You remain responsible for that content. Review keys must be distributed and used in good faith.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, upload unlawful or infringing material, or harvest data from other users.
Intellectual property
Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The IndiePump name and site design belong to us.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Tracking links (for game developers)
If you publish a game on IndiePump you can create short tracking links for it. These terms apply to them, in addition to the rest of this agreement.
Your allowance
Every game you have on IndiePump comes with three live tracking links at no cost. Retiring a link frees its slot straight away and keeps its click history, so you can rotate links between campaigns without losing your figures. If we introduce paid allowances later, the three free links per game will stay free.
Where a link may point
A tracking link must lead somewhere that genuinely relates to your game — your Steam or itch.io page, your press kit, a trailer, your own site or your community server. You must not use an IndiePump tracking link to:
- disguise where the link goes, or show us one destination and visitors another;
- lead to malware, phishing, adult content, or anything unlawful in Greece or the European Union;
- promote a product or page that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to promote;
- drive traffic to a site that collects visitors’ personal data without their knowledge;
- send unsolicited bulk messages containing your links.
We may retire any link that breaks these rules without notice, and repeated breaches may cost you access to the feature or to your account.
The statistics we show you
Click statistics are provided to help you plan. They are measured on a best-effort basis: automated traffic is filtered out, some visitors cannot be located, and browsers and privacy tools can withhold information. We do not warrant that the figures are complete or exact, and they should not be the sole basis of a commercial commitment you make to somebody else.
Your responsibilities
You choose where your links are published and what campaign tags you attach. Do not put personal data into a UTM tag — no names, no email addresses, no customer identifiers. Tags are stored as plain text and appear both in your reports here and in the analytics of whatever site you send people to.
People who click your link are told how their data is handled by our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. For the click data we collect and display to you, IndiePump is the controller. If you export those figures and combine them with your own records, how you then use them is your responsibility.
Retention and export
On the free plan, click records are kept for 30 days. Older records are removed, so if you need a lasting record of a campaign you should export it before it ages out – every link’s statistics page has CSV and JSON download buttons covering the range you are viewing. Retiring a link, closing your account, or asking us to remove a game removes its click records with it.
